HBK's Wife

After the whole Sunny affair, and after HBK built her a house and asked her to marry him and she said no, after HBK screwed Bret and Sunny left the WWE with Bret, eventually Shawn was out with a back injury caused by the Undertaker and while recovering at home, Shawn was watching his friends Hall and Nash on Nitro and saw a performance by a Nitro Girl named Whisper where she did a sexy dance alone on a chair. Shawn was so impressed that he called up his friends in WCW found out what Gym she would be at and went there and asked her out. This affair went fast and it wasn't long before they eloped in Vegas! 

Born June 16, 1976, Rebecca joined WCW's Nitro Girls as Whisper in October 1997. Her signature move was to put a finger to her lips at the end of each routine, in keeping with the name "Whisper". She left WCW in 1999 to marry World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) superstar Shawn Michaels and did not return. She and Michaels have two children, one son, Cameron Kade, born January 5, 2000 and a daughter, Cheyenne Michelle, born on August 19, 2004. Rebecca has appeared various times on WWE programming from WrestleMania 22 to most recently at the 2011 WWE Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony.

At the time, HBK was the biggest drug addict in wrestling, and being out with an injury just left him at home and his drug problems spiraled out of control. It was during this time that he married Whisper. However, in a shocking turn of events HBK's stripper wife became a born again christian and got HBK to do the same. Shawn said it was the birth of his son that made him do it. Thanks to this turn of events Shawn got his life and career back on track, and I think had this not happened he may have never wrestled again, or worse, been the next wrestling tragedy!
